Ok, Auto...I'll do some testing and let you know what happens. Bare with me, I'm a newbie with this equipment and just learning slowly. I do know I haven't changed the profile since I owned the printer..and I have been using the same print material as well as my design program with no issues...

Banding photos 1204 I attached a couple of pics showing the banding problem that has just started with my printer. Again, it seems more prevelant in certain colors. I hope the pics are visable enough to see the issue, although, the one on the right is a little blurry. Thanks for any assistance.

Use Floetrol....good idea applying vinyl to pvc first, there are compatability issues with vinyl over latex paint unless a barrier coating is applied over the latex.

Hey Mobil, thanx for sharing info. I love it so far, but let me ask you your opinion. I'm on top of the cleaning which consists of wiper blade,under print head, and replace waste station pads when necessary. clean around spit tank rim. Thats about all I'm doing. Is there anything I'm missing?

SM,you designed that during lunch break? "your killin me"! Looks great! whats the typeface for "Magic Mushroom"? The design is nicely balanced, great colors!.. but during lunch break huh!..... I put on 30 lbs and my hair turned grey making my three entries. I guess I'm slower than death!
