Has anyone seen anything like this before? All of my heads are firing fine but one. It appears as though some nozzles aren't firing, but if you look closely, they are; just not in the right place. I've tried manually cleaning them and doing print head recoveries. That doesn't fix the problem...

Love it! Okay, newb question, but how do you get that wood grain effect? My router can etch out pvc signs, but I've never got it to do anything textured like that.

We use GF 109 for our floor graphics. Haven't had any issues as of yet.

Also, I want to add that it's more efficient to print the whole sheet. As I'm typing this I am printing 46"x18" signs. I have 5 on a 4x8 sheet. It takes me about 12 minutes to print each sheet. If I had cut them first, it would take a little over 2 minutes per sign, so I'd basically need to...

Its much easier to print first in my opinion. We do this all the time with our flatbed and router/zund. With a full sheet its easy to place it at your zero point using the printers guides and then you can control exactly where your art is on the table top. When cutting first, if you have any...

I would see if your machine has an option to 'wash' the heads. Basically just run a bunch of ink through. I'll usually wash several times and retest my nozzles. You might also check your lines for air, but with just 4 nozzles missing thats probably not an issue. As a last resort you can try...

Update I should probably submit an update in case anyone else has the same issue. After taking the cover off, we printed for several days with no problems and assumed it was fixed. Then it started stopping mid-print again, so we replaced the raster strip and the raster reader and it worked...

Well my onsite engineer is changing out the raster strip and reader tomorrow, but I tried what Rasz suggested and funny enough, I haven't had a problem since. Earlier this evening it was stopping on about every third board. I removed the covers, and it hasn't happened in the last 12!

When it rains, it pours. Last week my motherboard went down. I got that replaced and now I'm having another issue. So my CET randomly stops printing mid print. It gives me an error about the axis and the raster reader and I have to toss my material and start over. It's been happening just...

We were having a similar issue and it turned out the cable itself was bad. Replaced that and things started working again.

Funny enough, I think we found the solution today. After several reboots, we decided to check the physical connection. Turns out the USB cable was going bad. A quick replacement and things are fine now.
