yeah, i was kinda confused when they told me not to do it, as i thought, as long as its the same ink(we use the roland oem), then, what difference is it going to make!
we got told by our supplier awhile ago that you shouldn't mixup the 220cc carts with the larger 440cc carts, they should all be either 220cc or 440cc.
we have been using the smaller 220cc carts since we got our printer last year and had ordered a replacement 220cc cart but got a 440cc cart by...
never heard of anything like that happening!
when you pull the cartridge out, is it full of ink thats been fused on the end, or is it the plastic from the cartrgide thats fused to the inside of the printer? like if that side got to hot? i can ask my tech about it if you like.
man........i can't beleive nobody knows what it is!! lol........... well its..............oh, hang on someones at the door, i'll tell you later.......lol
"sorry for the rant! how did the meeting go?" i like that! lol............ don't blame you one bit for your rant! we have had customers like this in the past where you ben dover backwards to accomadate them for them to turn around and do something stupid!
you won't go far wrong with a vp540. we got our vp540i last summer and are extremly pleased with it! sure, its not the fastest kid on the block but, prints great, low maintenence and does what its supposed to!
i very much doubt they are accurate! always count on less than what you THINK you have........better to be safe. if you calculate you need 10 yards, get 11-12 yards just to be safe.
