Not sure how to do it in onyx. But if you go to settings on printer under advanced for the media you want to choose there is a overprint spot you can pick 1 to 8 times i believe.
I found it. Grimco sent me to epson, epson sent me to onyx. Onyx said they couldnt do it. Did some more searching on signs 101 and found where you do it on the printer itself. :)
Keep me updated just got off the phone with Onyx for about 1.5 hours. Couldnt figure out the random size issue of changing files when bringing in and also no clue on the not getting page size from printer.
Has anyone else having issues with vinyl failing at the top cut edge this last year? This is the first year I have seen this and I have about pin pointed it to only vehicles and ones that have been contact with liquid salt. We have been having the issue with 3m 40c
What do you use day to day for cast on vehicles? I am all game to switching cast for vehicles and everything if I will not see failures. I am so annoyed with vinyl failing. I have used oracal 651 for vehicles since 2005 and never had an issue so figured for flat surfaces you can use calandered...
I switched because I started to really dislike 3m with quality issues. I keep using 8048 because other people have used it and liked it. I will probably switch to Avery lam as well if I keep having problems the 8048. It is non pvc and supposed to be nicer then calandered pvc lam.
I am hoping it’s just the 40c. I have had issues a few times in the last three years. I have been doing 2105 Avery and 8048. Will find out how that goes.
