I did notice the other job i was going to check out was shrinking as well one way. Tomorrows jobs i will lower tension and give it a whirl.

It also looks like its all shrinking one way. All the files were printed facing same way and cut same way.

So not sure what is happening here. Had some vinyl sitting for about 2 weeks waiting for a car to get dropped off. Went to apply today and it looks like the 8048 is shrinking on Avery 2105 ezrs.

I have the epson. Cleaning is once a month and super easy. I don’t mess with white at all so can’t help you on that. For as color it is always dead on to what your chart is. Fast reliable and bright and nice colors.

Ours keeps printing after it comes off roll.

They told me to do this as well but epson doesnt have an update after Feb.

I called onyx. They stated this is a printer issue and have to update the printer file. Also they are coming out with onyx 19 in the near future.

Let us know, hopefully that helps or onyx comes up with a patch to update the problems.

mine as well has been weird. I try and just keep it on one profile and go with it. Until i need to switch to a canvas or something. Then it gets all messed up.

Mine has a glitch like that every once in a while. You have to go to current media size and manual update, and also go to device info and refresh that as well.

This is what mine is set at and I have flex cut disabled on the cutter. Not sure if this will help. But i just make sure I test the right force on cutter for each to see for contour cut(kiss) and also for flex cut.. Make sure knife is out enough for flex.
