    On mine you can see on the pdf it has a light greyish pink to the background. I wonder if you import the pdf back into signlab if it would have a color for the background

    I believe you have to turn something off on the cutter as well like flex cut off or something close.

    I just took a look at the one file that I had issues with and I added a white rectangle behind the whole thing and it took that speckle away.

    Also what I was describing before I think is more of an issue when I do drop shadows over layers. When I get to shop I will try and see what I did to fix the issue your having.

    Is that printed as a pdf? I have had that happen on some files but it was the actual whole file white printed with that. I as well have 9.1 print and cut. Didn’t know if the 10 fixed that issue.

    I have noticed in signlab where the transparency is will have a square. If that layer is over another object or vector. It will effect the color only where that square is. Super annoying.     Right now i got it running or waiting for barcode on usb only and its been waiting for a good 20 mins. So maybe i will just have to run it off usb.

    Couldnt find an update for the cutter control. But in the communication part hit change auto detect and if i either pick the ip one or the usb one it says please wait for a while and then no machine connected.
