Like other have said, make certain you are loading your media square to the rollers. The other issue may be that the pressure is uneven on your rollers. A "push pull scale" is an easy way to fix this. Royal Sovereign has one for about $30. It will work even if your don't have a RS machine.

I assume you have thought of this but it can't hurt to ask. Do you have enough media behind the last set of crop marks? Typically you need about 4-6 inches extra so that the rear sensors "sees" that there is still media in the machine. You could try this again but turn off "edge detection". Or...
