Cannot open port is a communication error. separate from your other issue. reboot and check your cables on that, if that's not it, and you havn't changed any settings, then maybe your port you are using on your pc has gone bad

if it has pre-mask I would guess no lam. on it. You can pull back and reposition if your careful with the pre mask on. Without pre-mask or lam it will stretch easy, just be careful with when using heat and no lam.

3M Dusted Crystal or 3m Frosted Crystal. Its very similar to vinyl. Solyx also offers less expensive Frost and decorative films. but these films are harder to work if you never lay film. because its a window film. and difficult to cut on a plotter. Wet installs on glass are supper easy...
