    I would just use standard black vinyl on reflective yellow......highway signs ie speedlimits.....are high intensity or Diamond Grade reflective with Black vinyl or screen printed black opaque. and they shop up just fine at night

    I would use 3M Scotchlite 680 CR, its a lot more con-formable and less brittle, and you can print on it.......also consider using 3m transparent EC overlay like DOT signs. I think this will achieve the best result for viewing at night.
