No pump up..... haven't even turned on the printer yet, however the black ink line was unplugged from the damper for a few days.

Just replaced the ink pump, dampers, capping station in my Roland Fj-52 and noticed there was a lot of ink in the pump jar. is this normal during replacement of these parts? This is my first time for replacing these ink parts! I need some advice !

I just bought this unit and ready to refurbish it with all new parts, but noticed one of the ink-line has ink gaps in it. Wondering what would be the best way to pull some ink through. I was thinking unhooking the line which goes to the damper.....not sure if that would be the best way of doing...

Installing new pump, capping station, and dampers on my machine and noticed of some voids in the black ink line, might of been caused by the pump. What would be the best way to clear the line or getting the voids out, right now I do not have the pump installed yet, however I do have the old one...

I am planning to move to use bulk ink in my Roland printer. There are some cartridges with and without chips, I don't know how to reset the chip....so wouldn't be better to use the cartridge without chips?

If you really want to save money on solvent inks...best way to go is refill cartridges and buy bulk ink, over time you save a bunch!

Well....I have found out there is no driver downloads, for the Roland CJ 500 ....it's already in my FlexiPro project manager file built in....

Some of you may have upgraded your printers and got stuck maybe with some refillable ink cartridges, or some inks for Roland CJ or FJ printers. I could use either pigment or ecosolvent refill cartridges, or inks if still good. ussignsandgraphics@gmail.com

I am about to buy a laminating machine, I understand there are two kinds out there...one is cold rolled and the other is hot. Not sure which one to use for outdoor laminating over solvent ink....can anyone give me a hint?
