Cant seems to print out from the color Magenta,,,my guess either the print head clogged or bad damper? I went as far as doing an ink-refill,,it didn't pull anything down from the ink line. Would a head flushing do the job? Any ideas?

Have seen advertised a DX3 print head for the Roland Cj-500..correct me if I am wrong but I thought the Cj-500 takes the DX2 print head,, or the DX3 works with it as well?

Hi, I just bought two brand new print heads without ranking numbers, actually there are 5 numbers on the left and seven on the other side. I noticed they do not have the letter L or the letter R on them.,, does it make any difference which side to install which?

How important are the DX2 print head ranking number settings? My supplier says they get a lot of them in from Roland suppliers without ranking numbers, if so..how can one tell which head goes where or are they both the same?

I was told by an ink expert that most inks as specially eco Max just about all made in China. I heard good and bad things about Triangle inks, well as some others. Competing is important, but keeping up quality is even more important. For $30 a liter I just might be able to chance it.

Hey, what ever it's worth I am in Prescott, Az not far from you, also want to share with you that I have not had any problem buying Roland parts from digiprint-supply.com They always had what I wanted but of course I am paying near retail for them, which may not work for you.

Try to tell that to Dave at solventprinterconversion.com and also a few in here who did converted their printers to solvent ink and having great luck with it. I do understand that you do have to exchange out a host of ink related parts for it to work. You'r not a Roland rep by any chance are you?
