I am attempting to do a head wash which I have never done yet. I am not getting enough Magenta unto the printing..all others firing ok.. I seems I have to do like 15 head cleaning to get something looking half way right... Thanks for your help!

Tony, My printer is a Roland Cj-500 converted to a SC-500. Since my posting I bought a Windows 7 professional update for my Windows home addition, what I am reading online as it will allow me to run in XP 32bit mode.

Can't seems to install the Cj-500 driver on windows 7 home premium version. Do I need to upgrade to the professional version in which allows me to run the windows XP simulation mode to install 32bit drivers, or there is some other way of doing it? Thanks,

I need to print half dozen indoor vinyl banners, has to have un-finish edges and preferably 10oz or less. Any ideas where would be a good place to get some blank rolls. The banner signs will only be 2'x4' but willing to buy 20-30 yards of the stuff.

I have done a lot of blueprint designing and printing, always use a 20lb bond paper using only water base dye or pigment inks, I would not use anything else.

I do have a Roland Fj-52 which will take dye sublimation ink as well. Currently I have pigment ink in it.

A client wants some father banners...I have never printed any yet....one of my question is.. is it printable on both side, without bleeding through to the other side? And I imagine it's sewn after printing?

Thought I just throw this in....talked to Hp support and they told me the problem more likely is a bad encoder..so I ordered one....will see if that fixes the problem...
