Latex prints aren't glicee prints. While they do satisfy the requirement to be called Art Reproduction Prints .. Glicee Prints are almost all pigment based inkjet prints ... collectors and galleries tend to get very specific on that. dye based inkjet prints will sometimes fall in that...

Saddle bag is a stretch, looks like they used Saloon (saddle bag minus the points) and added new points after they stretched it. Points look longer and come to a flat spot and not a true corner.

I'm not to sure what the pricing needed for a gerber is, but when I do a digital prints I just have xcel documents set up for that. All I do is throw down the quantities of my materials needed in preset categories and it does all the math for me. I just update as needed, save as the newest...

it's probably a driver or port # issue. try re-installing the driver and checking to make sure the port your cable is attached to is actually set to the right port in the software.
