I'm not 100% sure, but as was mentioned, the AlienSkin SnapArt would be my first best guess. The other AlienSkin products work with Corel, though some of the effects are better used with PhotoShop (layer issues specific to PhotoShop).

As was mentioned, http://www.oberonplace.com/ has some really good ones. AFAIK, Alex (the owner of Oberonplace) is actually one of the Corel developers.

I know others have said that they successfully do it with the Roland, but I have to disagree. I've tried this same stackup with dismal results...multiple passes never did fully cut it to my satisfaction. The good thing, though, is you KNOW this is a quality product (meaning the vinyl)!
