I would expect to pay $300 or so and anything less is giving it away. It's tight and on the money. Don't sell yourself short. We would charge at least $125/hr and I doubt even my best illustrator could do it in less than 4 or 5 hours.

Soooo much better. I don't care for the typography choices, but the structure, format and balance are all there. On your secondary copy, I would just make sure its slightly bolder. Even if you totally removed the panel, and had icon left, type right, it would still work very well. Nicely done.
