I guess I do not know I never had a heater go out... I think you should check them and see set the print heater all the way up and shut off the drying heater and see how warm it gets or if you can feel a temp change, //chopper

are those heat settings in degrees? if so you are kinda low should be around 108-112 degrees on both heaters this will help on the banding and adhesion also //chopper

if it isn't laminated that is your problem, this is what the laminate is for, I don't think you have a problem with your print mode.. the ink will not hold up to that kind of abuse with out laminate, end of story, you best get a laminator, I don't care what you are printing on or with except...

last I checked the 300 was USB and the 540 was ethernet,. but it could have changed I know the sp300v is usb for sure the vp model may be different.. //chopper
