Kind of similar problem as last post. First time I'm trying to do a print&cut.
a)designed in SignLab and added registration marks (inverted Ls) on 4 corners and contour cut lines
b)printed with Mimaki JV3 and laminated, printer is in another room so the printer is not loaded in my SignLab...
Hi,
Got a new/old JV3 160S, also separately a PC with Onyx Photoshop 6.5 loaded & dongle, but no disks that was for another printer.
Anyone have a driver for the JV3 or know where to get it?
Thanks for looking!

Hi,
Just got in our new/old JV3S
As administrator, I installed the Raster Link Pro, but it installs it's own Mistral administrator that needs a password. Anyone know what that password may be?
I already tried my own administrator account but that did not work.
Thanks for looking!

Brought home our brand new used JV3, now trying to install the Raster Link Pro on XP (don't have a firewire card or Onyx yet, gotta get it going in the meantime).
Question: do you put the dongle/plug in first or after installing the Raster Link Pro?
Thanks everyone, very excited to see this...
Would appreciate tips on how to screw signabond (Dibond similar) sheets on top of square cedar posts (4x4s). Ideally with a flatter type screw (type?) that would not damage or rip the signabond with winds, etc.
Thanks and have a great evening!
Our first time we'll be trying eradication (on Arlon Signtech ColorKote).
We were advised to use toluene or some other solvent to eradicate, vs. the standard stuff which is very pricey. Any experience with acetone?
Any comments or tips on this? We are using paint mask, and other than...
Have this customer that claims to have a "self-healing" sign out in the country (great sport around here, shooting those signs...). Of course, he didn't bring it with, and we're supposed to replace it.
Anyone had any experience with something like this, I don't want to spend a lot on an...
Hi fellow sign makers,
I have an eps file that has a couple of hidden objects blocking the logo. It imported well into Sign Lab 7.1, but I have not been able to undo the clip group, after many repeated arrange-clipping-clear according to the instructions.
Welding did not help either, because...
I am having an annoying problem with Signlab 7.1:
When I copy (control +) or move, it wants to stall and not want to move the new copy. Almost physically have to struggle with it.
It leaves kind of a temporary marquee where the old (in case of move) graphic was.
Before it was working just fine...
Hi everyone,
Well..., our ColorPainter is still not onboard, and we would really like to give it a chance, before losing our investment.
Our ideal candidate is someone experienced in the 64S or HP 9000, close to NE Oklahoma, willing to give us an initial assesment, and then we go from there...
Hi everyone,
I'm driving myself crazy trying to remember where I read (recently) about a system that you mount on a wall and it lets you install banners of different sizes, bring them up or down, etc. It is mechanical, not electric.
Appreciate feedback from someone who knows about the...
Hi,
I have a small request for 100 or 200 labels 1.5"x1.5", rounded corners, silver background (similar to Avery A6, not chrome) and just black graphics.
Will appreciate to know who can do it, and a price, pls. Shipping to Oklahoma.
Thanks,
Akuarela
