Couple things I've done over the years: Resize the font for lowercase/uppercase letters in the same word to the same height- can help with legibility, and if you have a butt ugly letter in a singular font, can hide that bast*rd. Small scale editing of letters - useful for making a mediocre...

3M makes a "LED light mat", allows for as low as 2.5" deep iirc... LEDs are placed in a grid on a rubber mat, flexible, really cool idea, not for cheapskates ;)

10x of each, 1st one is an oval, 30" tall x 38" wide, sides of oval to those dimensions. 2nd one is a custom cut bumblebee, with shape of sign TBD by vector (when its done), approx same size. I understand it's low quantities - part of the problem.

Anyone know a company that'll do custom cuts? Specifically, we're looking for the fastest turn around time possible - price takes a backseat to speed in this case. Signs'll be 6mil or 8mil, 30" x 36", complex shape. Vector would be provided by us.
