    also check the cutting strip where the blade runs...if there's a groove in it, that may be your problem.

    Customer with a seadoo wants a couple parts wrapped with red metallic...but also wants some cut lettering in the same color. Has anyone used the 3m 1080 wrap vinyl for cut lettering? Will the 1080 have enough tac to stay on? Could get some red metallic in 180c for the cut lettering? Hate to buy...

    Crack and peel should be the name of these fonts. Peeling around the edges, and has several cut or scrape lines through it. Any ideas on these two? Thank you.
  18. clearcoat over vinyl

    It's been 7 or 8 years, but before I got the roland printer if I needed a color fade on vinyl, I used Krylon Fusion. Sprayed it in a cup and put it in the air brush. Don't think I ever cleared any of it, and held up very well. Have also used automotive touch up cans to match car colors.
