+1 on the Ultraboard. We go thru 2 cases a month. Unlike Gator it cuts easily with a razor knife. Clean and no rough edges.

A good resource for the JV3 Next time you have a problem you can go to Yahoo/Groups/JV3 There are 1000's of posts there dealing with every conceivable problem that the JV3 has gone thru.

I like Ultra board better I switched to Ultra Board. It has a styrene face instead of the paper that Gator has. It also cuts super easy and clean with a razor knife. Glantz and Grimco carry it.

Adhesion problems I'm using the Colorspan 5465 with their ink. I'm Running it at full speed. Does slowing the print down improve curing?

Just got my uv printer up and running. I'm having a problem getting the ink to adhere properly to 10 mil coroplast. Does anyone have a solution to this? I have been cleaning the coro with rubbing alcohol. Is denatured alcohol any better. Maybe something even stronger to rough up the surface...
