I kind of like Charlie's, but think the cut-out should follow the contour of the pig chef rather than some random part of the back ground. Hours are missing and I'd personally kern the dot separators in the phone number up and centered between the numbers.
Short answer is yes.
Long answer, for smaller/normal stuff it's faster by hand (given the set up time). If you have a large format, large volume job then you might consider it.
Doable, but not practical in vector. The amount of time it would take to create a convincing parchment in a vector program wouldn't be worth the effort except in a very extreme use; that being that someone was paying an arm & both legs to get the effect in vector.
1. You can manage people without necessarily knowing everything about what they do.
2. The OP's attitude started of well, and only degraded after being browbeaten.
3. If you don't want to help someone fine... just move along and ignore them.
Off topic, but I used to work in the liquor industry. Just curious by you estimation what is the best Tequila brand. Of the brands my company sold, I favored Cazadores anejo.
I wouldn't recommend using regular vinyl with an inkjet. You'll most likely want a colorfast treated vinyl. Specs for your machine state up to 8 mil. Most colorfast vinyl is around 2-6 mil, so you should be okay there. I've only seen it in rolls, of course I've had no reason to look for it...
