    All I can think of is to double check your settings in Versaworks, just to make sure that VW isn't over-riding your printer settings. I've made that mistake before. :) Good luck Mark

    As far as I know, color choice will work on XP without a dongle. That's what we used before we "upgraded" to ColorRIP, which we still use on an old XP machine. No dongle required.

    SP-300 Print Problem

    I'm thinking it might be electrical in nature. Maybe one of the cables to the head carriage is loose and as it moves across the printer your heads are firing incorrectly. Mark

    Two things we do that help lessen squeegee marks, 1) Premask the graphic, or 2) spray the PRINT side of the graphic with light soapy water, helps lubricate your squeegee. Use a soft squeegee too. Good luck, Mark
