I have the same issue with our VS-540 and XC-540, never had a print come back from the customer though. Have the pressure turned way up on our laminator too. Once the graphic is installed the pressure line seems to disappear. Mark

Hi. I don't use Flexi, but have you tried enlarging in increments, just to see how large you can get before it gives you issues? Maybe Flexi is thinking your file is larger than your substrate? Mark

Are there inks still available for the 500? Not sure it could be retro fitted to use Eco-Sol inks. Oh yeah, as for the test print.... YUK! :) Mark

Wow, you could be right! I have never looked at Rivalart before, and they have some great stuff. Their Tiger looks just like the one in your attachment too. I'm sure if you shared your image with them, they will create something for you to match it. Good luck. Mark

OK, here is the work flow I would use in this case..... Design/export Print, with crop marks, dry, return to origin Now, go into VersaWorks Heater controls, Use Custom Settings, uncheck heater(s) (this will only affect settings for THIS job) Go to printer, turn off heater(s) Let printer cool...

Are you wanting the heater to turn itself off between print and cut? Not sure if it will do that, but what I have done in the past is sent the print job, dry, return to origin after print. Then turn off the heater manually, and then send the cut job. I assume you find that the printer cuts...

I don't think the Versaworks file would have the info you need anyway. I may be wrong, but I think the Versaworks file is just a link to the original eps file, with all your print settings included. Mark
