    Thank you all for helping me out. I really like this forum. There is so much knowledge here. We did run a small part. On 1/2 of the piece we ran at 50ipm with 12,000 rpm. On the other half we ran at 100ipm with 18,000 rpm. The part with the 100ipm and 18,000 rpm came out nice and clean.

    Thanks for your advise. We are planning on keeping the 310 for certain things we print. We are looking to add another printer with better color consistency. We will look into the Epson printers.

    I have a different Mimaki, so I'm not sure if these are options for you or not. Have you tried a nozzle wash? You can also do a soak on the head using the F-200/LF-200 washing fluid. I know primer and clear are stickier inks.
