Im also interested about the rastek H700, H650 and legend 72 Hybrid printers. I think the H650 uses a vacuum belt. My print volume is not so high for the moment but very much split between rigid and flexible. Any recommendation is welcome.

particleman, I did buy my self a 60x Shop Microscope at coleparmer. I didn't get a chance to look in this issue I have ben busy doing Prepress, but will next weak, since ill be running a large quantity of prints. Thanks for the feedback. Regards M@CK

wsgraphix, that was my exact first thought. But I only print in this mode wen I have a very large quantity of prints to do and I really want to learn how to repair my machine my self.

Only wen I print 720x720 bidirectional head height set to thin 8 pass and fast mode. Thanks for the help printertech101

ncastrellon I got the same problem today. The yellow head wont fire ! And my caping station is brand new and adjusted. O well need a new print head !

particleman Like you suggested, I filled the caping station wile doing a disway wash and it didn't leak out. WO! The JV3 as no self adjust feature what so ever ! If you run SS2 inks and someone else runs SS2 inks you can trade profiles, but you still need to relinearize the printer for this profile in particular to get optimum results, this is probably the only way to get around doing your own...
