    Permanent or temporary? Always had good results from 3M Textured Surface vinyl (IJ8624) for a permanent install. Use post heat! If temporary, photo-tex works pretty well also.

    I would stick with the bottom. If the bottom of the doors are a straight line, go with that also. May have to counter measure depending on the contour of the vehicle though. Best of luck.

    I like the 3rd option best. Simplicity holds it solid. I don't see fire at all. If you do, try accentuating them to be more "leafy"
