I am not familiar with those machines but the heads are the same as on my roland I believe. From what I see you have a couple of issues. First both of the cyan channels look like they are deflecting a bit, which accounts for the missing lines in the test prints. The left channel is very strange...

The answer is a little bit of heat. It will do wonders to handle those complex curves.

I wrapped a Myers Manx with the same material and same color and I know what you mean about the faint lines. The matte finish doesn't play well with a squeegee edge even if its felt covered. I had pretty good luck using my fingers and a felt pad to apply the pressure. The good thing about that...

That looks really good to me other than the missing stars. But it would be hard to incorporate all 50.. Thank you for getting the stripes correct. It seems that a lot of people have trouble with that.

Gino, Thanks. Yeah it doesnt stay constant which is really annoying. There is only one digital thermostat which is controlling the platten temp. I think I am going to check the thermistors or the control box values. Any idea of factory info on the resistance etc of thermistors? I don't think...
