I have the same plotter but print with a Roland. No real difference though since the Opos marks should be the same. Two feet of repeats is not too much to ask.. Something is going on with your setup... I cut 1000 decals today over 8-9 feet with no issue.

Yep.. Any massive shift like that is a data issue so check cables and such. Sometimes it's not as easy as just connecting the cable again.. The sometimes break mid cable which is a pain in the butt.
BTW you need to clean your magenta head a bit that deflection is going to ruin your prints.
If I couldnt recreate this, (which I could) I would send it to the vector doctor and pay him is fee. While he was recreating it for a completely reasonable price, I would drink a beer and watch some TV.

Make sure you are putting registration marks in artwork not in wasatch. I battled wasatch for a long time trying to use their registration mark feature. When I called and talked to someone at wasatch they suggested that I insert the marks in Illustrator not it wasatch. Apparently they don't even...
Thats correct. Other than that it is pretty straight forward. Also remember to write down or swap the head rank sticker which I believe is on the manifold.
