I have a Soljet II (specifically an SJ540) which has the tendency to sometimes creep in temperature. I'll set the thermostat at lets say 31 and sometimes it will stay put all day. Sometimes it will creep all the way over 40 in the matter of a few minutes. Any idea what this could be? Its...
Assuming they got the prescription correct.. .It takes a while to get used to glasses. I've worn them since I was a kid and still when I switch from my contacts back to my glasses it takes a day or two to get used to them. Welcome to being blind!
Yep I did it!! Worked excellently!!
I'd like to know as well. I'm not against using OEM parts at all, providing of course that they are of good quality. My dealer says no way on these dampers but then they also say that they sell dampers for $30/each... sooo.....
For that price ($24/8) I...

Try pulling the capping station tube off the...
Haha! I am having one as we speak! I should clarify though that I don't run Triangle ink through my printer. I just have the bulk system that is made by them. I run Bordeaux PRMS3 for a Mimaki of all things!!!
Frankenstein I know but it works and it works cheap!!
It seems fitting that the day before Halloween I would be bringing something back from the dead. Here is the story and how it all unraveled. Spoiler alert!! There’s good news at the end.
So a few weeks back I had a head strike on my Roland SJ540 that jammed up some banner material and was on...
I agree with the infeed system. I was skewing laminations on my seal until I started using the system on the front of my machine. Now I can run 100 ft without drifting 1/4in.
In your case I would guess its a calibration issue. Those manual cranks are meant to just barely be tightened passed...
Good advice guys. I appreciate the feedback.
Are there any good resources or books that give a basic lesson in this stuff or is the knowledge all transfered person to person on the job?
Ok here is the deal. I bought a printer (Roland SJ540 SoljetII) about a year ago with little knowledge and a lot of ambition. It's been one of the steepest learning curves I have ever encountered but it feels good to learn and become familiar with this printer and this industry. I've done a LOT...
