  1. Arlo update?

Good news! Best for a hasty recovery! :thumb:
  2. Logo

I liked the way that you tried to pull that off with the figure... I didn't catch that at first. In the original logo, the qp kinda reminds me of Jack LaLaine's workout shirt. Too bad the negative space between the P's make a valley instead of a pinnacle. And, if you make a pinnacle behind...

Nice work all! :thumb: Here's a few of mine for the "pile." Some old vehicle drawings --- They're ink keylines on vellum done with French curves and Rapidiograph pens... for back in the days of process cameras and rubylith separations for screenprinting. The airplane has the Ben-Day...

I'd love to see a night shot to see the dimensional stuff lit up at the top. Nice work to get. :thumb: Like anything, I'd probably have more to critique if it wasn't already in place, but a fine job, nonetheless.
  10. Thoughts on font to use for japanese steak house

What market level? I always thought Hiroshige was an elegant font in a fun and legible way. The sans is similar to Optima, but a touch more swashy ...without being cliche like the typical fonts used for Asian food.

  12. Hey Betsy from 3M!

Just so I understand... I don't do wraps or pricing. So I don't know if the Ford Wrap is high/low/competitive? ... But, is this the type of program that you are anticipating now with 3M's proposed plan?
  13. T-shirt help

I have to admit, I've rarely seen a 4c process screen print job that didn't look cheap to me unless the printer custom mixed the four colors. And if it did look good off the press, the first wash usually killed it with fibrillation --- where the "hair" of the shirt breaks from the ink and makes...

  17. Car Illustration

If you know that the colors may change on an illustration like this, a trick in Illustrator is to to use spot colors to build the components of the image. For example, the car body could be shades of PMS 485 red. In that way, the color can be changed in the palette rather than swapping out...

Nice - :thumb: - Good work as always I would have loved to see some Deaton Cartoon magic for the portrait. I suspect that was probably a sensitive conversation, though.
