styrene is a good choice up to .125. But its never a good choice outside due to yellowing.
I've found that styrene is great for indoor signage and is very cost effective ( cheaper than PVC ) until you hit that 3mm / .125 barrier and then PVC costs less.
20,000 square feet on the hill behind my house. I'd sell the UV printer and have 2 CNC routers and my Roland. Everything we did would be 3D signage and we'd turn almost everything else down.
we run very little metallic on our XR640 . After pumping through 2 cartridges of silver with only 2 paying jobs, we swapped the silver for a cleaning cartridge. I'm not pumping any more 220 dollar silver ink into the drain bottle. The white seems to last way longer.
