I like it...and Maniac's too. :) It's lots of fun trying to design your own company logo isn't it. I swear...when I have to do something for a client...it's usually no problem...when I have to do my own design work...I spend HOURS sometimes days working and reworking it. lol

What I do is have a "proof sheet" set up so that I can plunk the artwork into it. I take the design, paste it into the proof sheet, convert it to a bitmap and then save it as a PDF and email the proof to the client or have them come in to review and sign the proof. All of my proof sheets...

take the background away from the photo of the bike. Your background is really good...but adding the rectangular photo takes away from it. Also...you would be able to make your logo larger. One other thing I'd do is perhaps pull one of the colours from your logo and make a splash of some sort...
