651 definitely has a shorter shelf life than 751. Fresh vinyl is the best quality vinyl in any application though. 3M is expensive but their spacing premask is AMAZING for rolled graphics/storage. Never see air bubbles in it when I get supplied graphics with this stuff on there.

I would not use 3M Edge sealer. It's a great product but It will dry shiny and any runs or excess/edge will stand out on the flat wall paint. You'll have trouble with the matte finish with anything that doesn't really have an aggressive tack. I usually use contour cut IJ35 for any wall...
