That's a mess. Did the vinyl shrink on the roll? I would want to trim the gooey edge off before running it through the printer.

Hey Jim....I had to order the newer versaworks disk from Roland to install the driver for windows 7 so it shows up in the printer list from Corel. For some reason, versaworks won't update enough to install it without the new disk.

Welding the font shouldn't have any effect on its smoothness. Are you sure that font wasn't rough to start with ?

Not sure I understand....your graphics are only 6" or 12" , and you're trying to mount them on that size of foam core? Can you print several on a sheet like 24 x 36 and use 24 x 36 foam core or slightly larger, then cut them out? Flip the 24 x 36 graphic over, fold back about an inch of the...

You probably have two short ones on it now at each end of the pinch rollers. Pull the short ones off, and use the long ones for banner material.

Depending on how soft the paint is....transfer tape might even cause problems.
