Can anyone recommend that "papery" stock used on wine and craft beer labels?
I've been using the standard vinyl for this application, but I've seen that slightly textured/papery feeling stock around if late.
Its also waterproof.
For anyone wo was interested in if this worked or not, here's the outcome...
I managed to get the 4 of 8 colours to flow again.
The metallic silver and white. Just give up. It was far too clogged to get it going.
The other 2 colours, magenta and Light black did manage to get some ink flowing...
I'm currently in the process of reviving a dead CJV and I need a little advice.
I'm changing the current configuration of CMYK Or Lb White Silver to dual CMYK but I'm not 100% sure on how to config the lines/dampers.
I've replaced all the dampers and flushed the lines out. I've bypassed the...
Can anyone please advise what these parts are and where I can source them?
Mimaki Aus have gone quiet on me.
It's the recirculation part for the white and metallic silver inks.

Check your USB cables (or Cat6 cables) to ensure there's no issues.
Swap them over etc.
If you're running it through a Network/switch/hub etc, remove all these items and plug it directly into the computer.
try a different USB port
Basically, do all the cheapest and most direct solutions before...
I would like to reach out and find or even create a little database for some printer techies in Australia.
This could be a little broader to cover other brands of machines, but since I own all Mimaki machines, I would like to start here.
Does anyone have contacts for a techie in or around the...
Can anyone direct me to some specs or kits available to do the maintenance on my machines?
Not looking for the standard fluid, wipes or Q tips, but more the syringes, tubing etc.
I'm not sure what size I need for the syringe, so any kit I can get online would be grand.
You're probably not going to find the exact as it's gone through a designers concept and I can see different line drawings there.
But, go here and grab a few images and compile something similar:
