I'm not removing anything till I know I've got the job. The faces are attached to the angle that makes up the structure. There is no removing this face without a lot of work. I was able to measure that there is 4.5" of material beyond what I measure from the face.

I have a customer asking me to quote aluminum plates like the attached proof. The proof states that these are etched and safety orange. Any idea how that would be done? I'm thinking they are really screenprinting these but maybe there is a process I'm not aware of.

I'm a fan of a full size pickup if I can only buy one vehicle. I can cover stuff up in my truck if it needs protection. I can't cut open a van if it's not big enough for what I need. Really I use my F150 for most jobs but use my Explorer when I need more protection.

Yup, Ford E series. Took about 3 times add long to remove as expected. Customer had to pay for the extra time. No way we could have anticipated that.
