Hi all, has anyone added Additional Pinch Rollers to there summa, if so did it make much difference ?

I re calibrate ever morning before any jobs are printed.

I jumped from Solvent to Latex (365) works great, my only bugbear is their delamination because of the anti-scratch wax in their inks.

I run the 365, works great apart from the delamination issue, so depends what you're using it for.

Try Oracal, https://www.orafol.com/en/europe/support, we print on 5400/5600 with there profile, using Onyx Thrive.

mdjamesd, how have you got on with the new profiler ?

I'm hoping they give you the option to have or not have the wax in there inks

I'm using the HP 365, Summa T2 160, Onyx Thrive, all very good, I would swop the HP Printer out and get something else, (delamination on dark coloured prints not good) (wax in there inks)

don't use strokes just use fills we got faults like this all the time, changed to fill never had it again.

sorry to hijack your post is there away to get the cut file in to illustrator or macsign once its been created in cut server, so its can be edit then use for cutting with win plot or macsign ?

I dont have the cores, the picture was from a rolls roller, I just wondered if I needed them for my bubble free.

I would say its all about loading, pressure & tension, it took me years to get it right, and I still do some wrong now, the key is everything square, and not to much presure on the rollers, and back the tension off, get your suppliers to get you some free/cheap laminate/film and practice.
