yes they look correct, we got that error, either the pinch rollers were to close to the marks or it was out of alignment, alignment can out left to right and front to back, also is there enough media on the back edge maybe about 6" if these are all ok and the media is white ? just checking out...

it may not be in line, try running the media out to check alignment (front to back), also you can tell the cutter (finecut i think) only to read 3 or 2 marks as well, maybe post a video of whats happening

Its only where the ink is, no ink its perfect.

Im getting same issue with Oracle's 5600 reflective and there 290F laminate, on a latex 365 printer, the app tape is pulling the laminate off.

thanks all for your input, just a quick note what squeegee's do you use for the thick material, I seem to get bubbles right near the edge of the film when applying, I've been using 3M gold PA1, thanks Gary

Hi All, does anyone use this material Oracle 5600, its a printable cast reflective material, I've been using this now for about a year or so, the installation of this media is very hard work to install, extremely sticky (once chance film) we are fitting this to panel vans and find it very hard...

good tread people, so what would happen if you designed a wrap, produced the wrapped vehicle, then later on the customer had another wrap shop do the same design on another vehicle is that first design copyrighted to you, so then they can't use the same design ? and if so do you do anything...

laser level sounds good, just so I can buy some more toys :) but would have mod it the trailers are aluminium so might have to put a suction cup on it unless there are ones available

will the chalk effect the vinyl from sticking ?

Hi all im apply graphics to a 45ft trailer, the design has 20mm stripes the full length, I have to fit these in 2.5m sections, the problem is when I'm measuring and putting a chinagraph pencil mark say every half meter, the lines dip up and down, so when you look down the side of the trailer...

in the uk we have to use a wrapping film, (I think, I need to check) its about £13.00 per mtr, the cast film we have been using is £7.00 so yes your correct its double, have you tried the channel / roller ?

Hi all, Ive got some 40ft trailers to do in standard cut letters, (black) they are full of rivets, was going to use some standard polymeric vinyl, but after trying a sample on a riveted shipping container, it didnt go well, then tried some cast vinyl, it was better but i would have to do alot...

I have used liquid laminate, it is alot cheaper, I dont use it anymore, one of the lads cleaned off chinagraph pencil marks with meths the cloth stuck to the laminate the job was trashed :(
