The dampers were replaced with the printhead and maintenance station is 6 months old. I slept on it and replaced the dampers this morning. All is good Now after the first couple feet I tried. I just thought 5 months was a little soon to replace them. Thank you for the advice!

Does anybody have any tips or advice on how to adjust the printhead on a VJ 1324 so that it’s Parallel with the Platen? The left side is a little lower that the right. thanks

I had that happen to me with a new magenta cartridge not too long ago. I think they call it the “siphon effect”. Search that on the forum, there’s some info on it.
