I would try to send the cut file only at the actual printed size it should work just fine
I have printed stuff off the forget about cutting it then deleted all the cut files. I just measure the crop marks and figure out the actual printed dimension then just send the cut job again.
The Bodyshop is completely correct and will be the best route for the customer there are many reason this happened. Ranging from not properly prepped primer, waiting to long to apply topcoat (usually 24hrs after applying Primer) Material age before use......you get the picture.
I suppose the...
And Gino I have nothing against you or anyone here. I just gave my opinion of what I would have thought as an owner of a sign shop and my employees did this very thing. I would not of been happy with this situation one bit. Maybe I'm a stickler but I want my sign company to be professional. And...
I don't care who made the sign. What he did say is he takes care of the signs.
if you would have read my entire sentence instead of cutting if off at sold you would understand.
I would think if I was the Sign Company that "Takes care of the building" I would have a file about everything I have sold or took care of. Meaning all lamp sizes, lamp quantity and ballast Part Numbers etc. And verifying the printed information on the lamp would have been the best practice to...
This and only this will yield professional results. must of the time if you see a rust bubble it is already too late and has more than likely rusted through from the back side to the front. When you start sanding you will find veins of rust spreading in all directions, You must get rid of all...
I have seen that before on my prints, But it usually goes away the next day. Now saying that I will clarify that it usually happens while using the big squeegee for lamination. But when using the Laminator I don't see it, So I always associated it with not enough pressure.
I just did a bunch of 3M 40C with 8510Lam was at 26,35,3,0.weeded great. using blue holder with a 45degree Cleancut blade.
Straight cast vinyl no Lam I am at 16-18,35,3,0
Does anybody know anything about these? I was at a custom car building shop and they are going to get these made for a vehicle. They asked me about them but I have never heard of such a thing (out of the loop for sure).
they said they were going to be like a rubber type decal and are going to...
I have used this quite a bit and I don't think it would stand up to the front tires turning while the vehicle sits still, as the foil will tear. It is very good on sidewalks though and holds up fairly well about 4-6months. I have used this on sealed cement and for commercial Driveway markings...
for a UPS to run your printer it would need to be sized correctly and I would guess it would cost as much as your printer and weigh twice as much.
What amount of time would you want it to run for after a power failure? does the rip computer and monitor need to be on as well? these are questions...
I agree with your suggestion about the Y-K Print head and I ordered a New head earlier today I should get it tomorrow, I have done countless cleanings and head swapping to see if it makes a difference and I also took the machine apart and cleaned the inside I found that the little needles that...
