Here is a test print of random colors, I see now that more colors are affected than I previously thought as you can see the colors all start to fade out and start banding.
This was just printed on IJ180C-V3
Because that was the stock 3M Profile for IJ180 for Flexi, It has always printed great with no problems until now. so I did not see a reason to change it. I will look into building a better profile for it.
Not sure but can anyone give a suggestion on what may be happening here. Printing 12 pass high ink Bidir normally print on IJ180 but this is poster paper for cost savings while troubleshooting. It appears the ink supply to the yellow print head is starving itself. I can make it last longer by...
I use a single phase to 3 phase freq drive to run my exhaust wall fan. depending on your application you can do the same as long as it is motor related. But you cannot power a machine that way.
Not an idea just common knowledge for us PLC programmers. If I was to put sensors on the discharge of the printer I would use a timer as well that way when the sensor senses the media it would start your timer and when timer or timers (you could stage them) to maybe trigger warning light first...
Why couldn't you just use a diffuse sensor or a laser sensor and a simple relay to control the alarm? And most Allen Bradley LED Lights and alarms are loud enough to be heard across most Factories.
Yep just a complaint to OSHA should get the ball rolling. After they receive a complaint they will send a letter to the employer stating the problem and the company will have a set time to monitor, and remedy the issue. OSHA will not show up. But if complaints keep coming in they will come in...
I took a gamble on a Gerber Edge For $577 shipped and it prints great. Had to go to Office Depot for a parallel cable but it prints from flexi 11 just fine. I figure it's only money and like everyone says with the Gerber deal still going is what keeps the value up on the old ones.
I am looking for a used 15" vinyl roll holder for a Gerber Edge would prefer the holder with the tension/dancer bar but a plain roll holder would be fine also.
Thanks,
Don
Yes, I would like the head to be 3D I have all vector files but not 3D.
point taken on the name size but I would rather just make the font a more standard size and keep the shape. That way I can accommodate Stephen when he retires. I'm not stuck on using the cross but I want something besides a...
I would like to Have this Eagle head routed out of Cedar or HDU it will be part of a Fire Department Roster Board. Also would like to have the Name tags to be Maltese Crosses instead of the normal 1" x 3" Rectangles. I have attached a picture for reference.
Thank you,
Don
That chrome rail effect does not line up across the letters almost like each letter was done seperate then rotated and arranged to create the wave. Ya after looking at it closer I say John has it.
Most companies want their Logo printed on and some grid lines and or days for project tracking. Not really sure what the dry erase comment by Gino is all about.
The ones I have seen look like 3mm ACM with a lam. I'm sure one of the extrusion places might be able to help more. Or our good friend...
Is your comp on the same network settings? Since your printer is on .8 your comp should be any number but .8. I now this is common sense but just throwing it out there.
