The very first picture I posted was after I playing with feed comp. I did up or down values in increments of 2 as high as +-10. Still didn't change the quality. That is what you are referring right? Feed Comp.

  5. Please take a look at the attached picture

Not long ago I hired a tech to change my JV33's print head (which was total waste of money because I know now there wasn't anything wrong with my print head, they took advantage of my lack of knowledge about JV33's) anyways when he put the new head he did all those tests.
  6. Please take a look at the attached picture

Thanks for the detailed information but I don't believe it applies to my problem due to my printer being JV33. I should have mentioned on my first post. It is clear to me even more now that you guys can't read minds either. :) Thanks for trying to help NEGD :)

Hi Artbot, Yeah they were clean, although there was a hue of magenta left but I don't think it would effect this kind of a problem. What kind a solution(cleaner/detergent) are using on your ultrasonic cleaner. I use simple green on mine to clean my guns/reloading parts and it does OK. But I...

I did not try it with Uni-directional mode yet. But i know one thing it was not doing it before on 4pass 540x720 bi-directional mode. What is a lawn-mower effect? Thanks for the input!
  9. Please take a look at the attached picture

That is correct! My printer is a JV33.
  10. Please take a look at the attached picture

Hi Artbot, Thanks for the reply. Ok, so this problem is also categorized as banding. I learn something new everyday. Awesome! I thought about that and read that particular post as well but I was printing with this 4 pass 540x720 res quite sometime now. However, recently I have replaced couple...
  11. Please take a look at the attached picture

Hello All, Please take a look at the attached picture and you'll know what I'm trying to ask. I didn't know how to describe the problem. Sometimes a picture worth thousand words. Could anyone suggest what causes two tone effect and how to remedy the problem. One band is slightly lighter than...

  13. Missing White on JV33-160

Hi Artbot, Attached is the dampers and manifold but it is not visible due to dampers being attached to them. I don't know what you see is makes any sense. Let me know.
  14. Missing White on JV33-160

Yes, I will take a close up of the manifold and post it or email to you but I don't believe JV33's have as much space as JV3's as I have seen n your pic's. That's a kick ass set up thou.
  15. Missing White on JV33-160

Artbot, do you thing your auxiliary line mod can be implemented on JV33's. It is an very intrigue idea to be able switch white to silver and varnish when you wish to. You really should develop an system and get an patent on it and start counting your money where you sit. :)
  16. MIMAKI CJV30-100 - Completly clogged in 1h15 ?!?

Also, like Robert M is suggesting, may be when the vinyl got flipped, it picked up some adhesive particles and those particles attracted some other debris's and causing a clog some sort.
  17. MIMAKI CJV30-100 - Completly clogged in 1h15 ?!?

When you took the dampers out did you check to see if the colors in the dampers looked ok? What I mean by that is there isn't black color mixed in which is cleaning fluid in magenta, cyan or yellow. Right?
  18. JV3 250sp

Sorry, I was too quick to post a suggestion without reading rest of the other posts. Just disregard this post.
  19. test print - black - isn't correct

I had the same problem when I got my JV33 printer(used) on March, after I have done several bunch of nozzle washes it clear it self and printed perfect. Don't be shy to set your nozzle wash 99 min cycles and do test print after each nozzle wash and I promise you you will see the difference each...
  20. Extra 1" on the left side!?

Thanks for the tip Case. I used to create my own media size and one of the ONYX tech's suggested that I should use what is set in the ONYX. It only make sense to create according to the media. Thanks again. Demir
