Happy Friday's Ya'll.. On my machine whenever I print something centered there is always 1" extra on the left hand side. If I was to print left or right justified it is OK but centered is always off. Is it due to machine set up or somewhere in the maintenance menu or rip related? Thanks...

Thanks for the $.02. lol. My problem strated out as descirebed beginging of the thread. I too called a service tech, he came worked on the machine, he changed whole bunch of parts including the print head after he was done everything including I paid about $5K. He left, about an 30min to 45min...

Attached picture 335 is the after the 3rd normal cleaning however if you look at the picture 332 which is the 1st test draw after I noticed something is going on with yellow (same picture when I started this thread).

Hello Mimaki experts, What might cause the attached picture? (yellow is not firing 100% after a normal cleaning comes back) Well, after a normal cleaning black is gone. (picture 334) It did it while it's printing attached picture 333. Any comment is welcome. Thanks in advance.

Is there a better way to clean the Epson 9600 printhead beside from using the control panel or printer driver? I do not use the printer very often and when I need to use it, it take a long time to clean it and it wastes a lots of ink by doing so. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

Did you do any nozzle wash? Did it happen all of a sudden? What I mean by this is, you were printing one day fine and next day no black at all kind a deal? Did you check if you have ink in the black damper/s?

Sorry I wasn't clear enough it reads the 54" media as 48".

Hello Everyone, Why the the printer reads the media smaller than what it is? For instance, if the media is 54" typically it reads 53.22" or 53.30" or whatever you got the picture. However sometimes it reads it 48" or so. I thought the media holders got dirty so I wiped them clean, as well...
