When we was replacing the head last week I had no choice but the buy MImaki dampers which $46.00 per piece which really hurt. Every person I called did not have 8 on hand. Only people did have 8 was Mimaki. This is why I asked if they can be refurbed.

I hear 'ya. I knew it was a long shot but it worth a shoot :). I already asked Mimaki if they just sell that part they said no. I think I take your suggestion under consideration and try to flatten out.

Under service menu #TEST/INK CART/CART VALVE/ down arrow turns the dots in to circles that means the valve is on. There are 8 dots per ink lines.
