I've seen this suggested before...don't know that it will solve your problem but it might be worth a try. Alternate the orientation of your panels so that every other panel is printed upside down. If you run everything straight through the printer then you are matching up the left side of one...

I can't comment on the quality of the Hunt Graphics template but I've used the Pyromedia templates and they are top quality.

Print your graphic with registration marks. Remove from the printer and laminate Reload into the printer. The printer will find the registration marks and cut the contour through the laminate and vinyl Remove from the printer and weed.

That sucks! We view Paypal as a "necessary evil" and expect at some point to get screwed. Buyer protection is a great thing but not when you screw the seller without even hearing their side!

I saw that on Saturday and was in awe. I have a background running CNC machines and not only is the machine itself impressive but I'm blown away by the programming required to produce that.

I agree with WSGRAPHIX, a lot of variables but generally speaking you are talking about "rolls of media per set of inks", not "sets of ink per roll of media".

I know that there are "long neck" grommets for thicker materials and our grommet press has a stop that you can set to limit the travel. I would think with that combination you could do coro without crushing it but I've never actually done it.
