I've seen this suggested before...don't know that it will solve your problem but it might be worth a try. Alternate the orientation of your panels so that every other panel is printed upside down. If you run everything straight through the printer then you are matching up the left side of one...

Print your graphic with registration marks.
Remove from the printer and laminate
Reload into the printer. The printer will find the registration marks and cut the contour through the laminate and vinyl
Remove from the printer and weed.

I agree with WSGRAPHIX, a lot of variables but generally speaking you are talking about "rolls of media per set of inks", not "sets of ink per roll of media".
