What type of printable material sticks to plastic hard helmets? The plastic is “Class e type 2” if that means anything. I was asked to do several helmet decals About 1.5” x 2.5” but my samples peel off too easy. I was also asked for reflective ones as well as plain ones. Also, what is a fair...
Thanks for all the replies. I think I will try the knifeless tape. It looks like it would work well for this application. All the trucks are different so I am sure I will use both suggestions. Wet or dry application?!
I have a customer who wants a 9” stripe on the cab of the tractor trailer to match the others. It’s a plain solid colour stripe that goes basically straight across except for the arch on the hood then goes straight across the door. My problem is that hood line is very prominent and I would have...
I was using the media clamps with my Roland sp300i as I was advised to when I purchased the machine. For awhile now I haven't used them as I was having head strikes? And already replaced a head a few years back. Lately the corners are catching with the heads without the media clamps. Is it a...

The paper buckeled again and ink smeared after about 4.5' went thru.
Temp print is at 42 d and the dryer is at 50 d on 3651 or 3751 orajet. What do u do when the ink spreads? Wipe it off with?

I have to do a 3'x3' black sign with an orange and green logo. This has to be installed using the stand off mounts I have never used these before and I find out after that he wants the black background. My original idea was to reverse the graphics on clear acrylic.
How would I go about this and...
I am glueing plastic track to a metal aframe so they can change out the gas prices. What is the best product to use for plastic to metal? Is there any other ideas to be able to change them out rather than track? Thanks.
I would like to make reusable stencils, not a one time stencil. I have a Roland gx24. Looking to make some wood decorative signs on my down time. But really isn't worth it if I have to make a new stencil each time. Any help would be appreciated.
