I get 3mm Komatex in 80"x120" masked sheets from Laird Plastics. Would be cheaper than polycarbonate if you could find a local supplier that carries it.

Nope, but thanks for trying. :smile: Arial Bold is too heavy among other differences and futura is way off.

Thats the closest that I could come up with as well, but there are definite differences. It looks a tad too heavy and the "p" is different.

Anybody know what font the "APOLLO" is or if it is custom?

Are you getting good nozzle checks? Is it print banding or cure banding? How many hours on your lamps? We print production mode all day with no print banding as long as all of our nozzles are firing on our 550XT with 256 inks. The RMO is finicky if you don't have the media loaded perfectly...

I know people are going to cringe, but I use my Graphtec vinyl cutter to score styrene all the time. :omg: No change in force or anything.

I'm sure that you already know this, but you my friend are a font god.

It is very similar to Cosmiqua Com Heavy Italic but not quite the same. All help is appreciated. :notworthy:

Sorry if I didn't communicate that well. I will be printing them. I am just looking for a static cling media in 72" wide. My vendors can only seem to find 60" rolls.
