what are your quality settings in Versaworks? Can you send a screenshot of that? They will have a much bigger impact on print quality than your Corel color settings.

Your pricing was based on the image they supplied. If you have to purchase a high quality stock image somewhere, that should be passed on to the customer (with a mark up). So why look for free images? Look for good images.

I see way more than 3 missing nozzles and they appear to be at the back of the head. Can you share how you syringe a local area of the print head like the front or back? I've only just done it through the cap top which pulls all the nozzles equally.
