You've been able to cut Edge prints from Omega for some time now using a Graphtec plotter. I think a Gerber 15" plotter would be better, but it is more expensive. When Graphtec was making Gerber's friction fed plotters, Gerber started to incorporate the Graphtec cutting marks into their system.

You may have to reinstall VersaWorks on your new drive in order to do that.

Strypguy is correct. But first, try just cleaning off the bottom of the sensor. It could just have some debris there keeping you from reading the marks.

Also, it will most likely take more than white to make the opacity you need. Probably something like: reverse print cmyk > white > gray > white > regular print cmyk. Otherwise the 2 layers of color will show through and confuse the pushers and the pullers.
