  1. How to use Roland GX-24 with Omega 6.5

Jburns is right: Gerber really said they dont make parts for the GS15 Plus? They still sell that cutter. Somethings not quite right here. If you bought this used, Gerber probably won't help you unless you pay them for help. But they are obligated to support a product they sell for 5 years...
  2. How to use Roland GX-24 with Omega 6.5

I've not used a Roland cutter with omega, but you probably need to install the usb Windows driver, them dry it up in the GQ manager, USB settings. Hit list, them select the installed USB devices and find the plotter in the list. And what I meant by print/ cut was using the GX plotter to cut...
  3. How to use Roland GX-24 with Omega 6.5

You can probably cut to the Roland plotter with the generic HPGL 24" driver, but won't be able to do print and cut jobs with it. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  4. Need Help TruVis VG-540 Print Issue

It looks to me that head 1 needs to be reseated. Or that the carriage may have a problem. If this were an older printer, I would recommend that the bias adjustment needs to be done, but the VG doesn't have this adjustment. Also, on this material, the feed calibration is slightly high...
  5. HELP!! Paint will not dry!

It's plasticizer migration. Essentially the oil in the banner is coming out through the bond that the paint made with the banner material. This may not be salvageable, but if you can get the paint off, it might work. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  6. Need Help TruVis VG-540 Print Issue

Also a picture of the nozzle test print would help. Your description that it's perfect is pretty subjective unless you know enough to not have to post this question. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk

  11. Design question

I'm not at my desk right now, but it would be easy to do the same in Flexi. It mostly depends on what software you know well. Flex, AI, Corel for the most part all can do the same things, it mostly boils down to what you use most and what you've learned. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  12. Epson GS6000 ink change?

We had several customers experience fading on prints from the GS6000's back when we were selling them. Since we stopped selling Epson printers, I haven't heard about it lately. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk

  15. X8, tries to print white

If this changed with the new version, try turning off the usr embedded profile option on the quality tab in VW. I bet three new Corel came with a 'better' form of color management. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  16. Bobis Multiapplicator question

that's like using a wrench to drive a nail. You can make it work, but a hammer will do a better job Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk

  18. How to make outdoor backlit signage

Or cut red translucent vinyl on a plotter - I know, this isn't using your printer, but seems like a better product in this case. When printing for a backlit sign, you either need to sandwich some prints or put up with a washed out print when backlit or an oversaturated print when the lights are...
